Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We require at least 24 hours notice.

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date they were issued. They cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Nail Repairs

In the event your nail service begins to breakdown (within three days for gel polish or four days for acrylics) and we feel the problem is a service breakdown, we will make every effort to rectify this free of charge.

If a lack of aftercare on the client's behalf is the cause, a small fee will be charged.

Children in the Salon

We want you and others to enjoy their experience in our salon. 

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and be well behaved in respect to other client’s relaxation.

Also please be aware that harmful/corrosive chemicals are being used within the salon area and clients are responsible for their child’s safety at all times.

We would appreciate children not running or playing on or with the salon equipment.
